Rashid was the BEST! He was so thorough in ensuring that my AC unit was back working. It had been off for almost 2 weeks. He knew how to properly fix the wiring with my Nest thermostat. He explained what the issue was & what he did yo fix it. He also was really attentive in noticing other issues with my AC Unit and brought to my attention other issues that needed to be taken care of regarding my home. Went above & beyond. Thank you so much Rashid! AirFlo LLC will definitely be my #1 HVAC company going forward.
Please read to the end. I made a claim through my home warranty company. Airflo came out and confirmed I needed a new HVAC. The home warranty company said I needed to pay out of pocket about $2,800 for an about $12,000 system. Airflo LLC came and installed the system.
