I experienced excellent followup service when I had a complaint about limo trip to the Airport. Customer service took my complaint seriously & correctly the problem expediently & to my complete satisfaction. My new driver from the AirPort back home was professional, courteous and friendly. He was an experienced driver who made us feel quite safe and relaxed for the drive home after a very long travel day across Canada. We were happy with our ride to the airport. Good service and paid the amount agreed upon earlier when booked. However on the way home we were charged more than the agreed upon rate and also told there was a minimum tip expected !!! Phoned the next day after we arrived home. Person told us he would look i nto it and get back to me but never did. I will not use this service again and will certainly not recommend it to anyone.
Terrible experience. Do not use this company if you value your time and want to arrive safely.
Fantastic service. The driver was on time, we had a great conversation on the drive and he drove safely. Most importantly very fairly priced. Highly recommend Airfleet if you are landing at Pearson and need a lift. 5 star service!
