We orriginally thought great they are willing to help when we first called with an issue while our aircon is still within warranty. They directed us to Fujitsu, who could help if it was the unit itself. However Fujitsu found the fault outside of the unit specifically with the installation and even describbed to us how this fault happens and when the installation is done the lazy way this can be the result.
