I had Aircool install a new HVAC unit in my home. What a fabulous job they did. The installation was flawless and done at a reasonable price compared to other quotes I got. I would highly recommend this firm.
Joe and his team were awesome to work with. Their response time was quick and pricing affordable. Everyone was friendly and professional throughout. I got an appointment for my hot water heater the next day. Outstanding service and will use again. Highly recommend!
My air-conditioning unit broke down on Friday of the hottest weekend of the year. I called Airecool early that morning, and Joe returned my call a few minutes later. He said he would be at my home within the hour, and was true to his word. Joe was polite, efficient and professional. He explained each step of the process as he was examining my unit, and within a half hour the air-conditioner was working. I recommend Airecool Mechanical without reservation.
Stay away! They are quick to take your money (authorization) but won’t deliver. Had a committed day and time, never showed up and wasted my time. Spoke with the owner and says will no longer deal with me and was extremely unprofessional. Please please please do yourself a favor and go with another company that is professional and committed!
Joe and his team were professional, fast and efficient! We used airecool mechanical to convert from oil to gas. The process was seamless and we couldnt be happier. Looking forward to using them for ductless air this coming year!
