Awesome company - not only did they install a new unit and bring cool air back to my hot ** home, but when there was a miscommunication the owner got involved and cleared up the issue, and provided incredible service. Even with a misunderstanding about what was to be done and how much it was going to be out of pocket, every person I spoke to or saw was friendly, professional and polite. Aire1 LLC has been assigned as first contractor by my home warranty company to fix my heating issues.The technician (AJ) diagnosed the unit to overheat and therefore shutting down. As root cause, a dirty inside coil was identified and we were shown supposed pictures of the inside (though in retrospective those must have been pictures of someone else's unit, as explained further below). An insurance company will always act like one. They contract us and we perform work as they see fit and are willing to pay. We do not work for free. We clock in line everyone else.
