I would give a zero but 1 is the lowest. Long story short they came out to do an annual a/c check up when the tech let his voltmeter cross wires with the thermostat wire, resulting in frying my thermostat and humidistat. He promptly replaced my thermostat but did not have a new humidistat on hand. He told me he would come back in a few days and replace it, fine craps happens it was a mistake. The real issue came two weeks later after never hearing from them I called to find our what s going on, and I m told that I m not a priority because my a/c is functioning and that they are still waiting for the part to come in. Fine. Another two weeks later I call wondering why it still hasn t been fixed and I m told the exact same story I got before. So now less than pleased I wait 2 more weeks before calling another company to come replace it for which it took less than 24 hours and when I asked for a refund or credit for what they came into my house and broke I get we ll we never said we weren t going to replace it you just got impatient. So now no refund and they never fixed what they broke. I would never recommend this company to anyone and it was easily the worst experience I have ever had with customer service.
