Just had Chris B come to evaluate a non functioning condensation pump. At first it seemed that I would need a new pump, but it turned out that the electrical socket was on a ground fault circuit that had tripped, and this was not obvious since the water softener plugged into the same socket seemed to be working. Chris figured out that the softener actually wasn't working, and let me know that I didn't need a new pump after all, which would have cost over $700. I appreciate his honesty, as well as his acumen.
Aaron came and serviced our unit. He was great, and gave recommendations what should be done. He wasn’t pushy and gave us options.
Gary & Jonathan cleaned our vents today. Very friendly and professional 👌 👍 👏.
Had our ducts cleaned and the crew were very efficient and clean.
