My husband and I moved into our forever home in Twain Harte in the middle of May 2023. Only to find, our AC unit was not working. I called Aire Serv, and spoke with Bailey. The customer service I received from Bailey was just outstanding! Joe & Dillan arrived, and explained in great detail all the issues the AC unit had. These two gentlemen are amazing. Jeff responded to my request promptly. He quickly found the problem and called me with a temporary solution that was acceptable. The final solution requires some investigation and sourcing for parts on an older system that is no longer produced. Jeff is an excellent communicator and technician.

Hire these guys. I had a carbon monoxide alarm incident at my short term rental that involved the fire department evacuating my guests. Having no idea what caused it, I hired Aire Serv and Joe responded on a Saturday morning. To my relief, Joe identified the cause right away, the water heater was configured for natural gas and never converted to propane. I needed a new one and Joe got me a price right away.
