If I could give 10 stars I would! We had an issue with our AC unit sucking up some paper towels and couldn't get it out on our own. We called customer service and they promptly and politely put us in contact with Brian. Brian was able to help us over the phone to troubleshoot our issue, and my husband was able to successfully retrieve the paper towels. Brian spent 10+ COMPLEMENTARY minutes with us on the phone, and we appreciate his time expertise so much! Highly recommend this company!

He found the base issue and resolved efficiently to bring cool air back to my home, and saving me thou$and$ of of unwarranted costs.
