Ben arrived right on time. He was excellent at sharing what he was there to do. Invited me to join him in the utility room where he completed his safety checks and showed me what needed to be done in terms of cleaning. He was thorough and showed me everything before he closed up the furnace. Ben will be back in the spring to check and clean the air conditioning.

Ben was wonderful. He alerted me to a serious safety concern, (water dripping from my humidifier onto an open electrical wire) and told me an electrician needed to fix that asap. One was here that day and they did. They worked very hard looking g at my furnace and cleaning my filthy ducts. I live in a construction area and have never had it done. I’ll be using them for hvac from now on.
