The young gentleman arrived earlier than was my scheduled appointment and did a thorough inspection to locate the problem
The technician, Miguel, was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Explained the issue and the next steps. This was a home warranty call, therefore, not able to provide feedback on pricing. The fee was the copayment amount.
Miguel was very professional. He took his time and accessed the issue then explained to me what issue was and he would submit a request to have the issue resolved.
My heater wouldn’t come on. I made an appointment for 2 days out. They called me a day early to let me know the technician had time if I would like him to come. Yes please! They stayed in touch with me throughout the process. You can track your technician to see how close they are to your house. They diagnosed and fixed my heater quickly! Would definitely use them again.
