Miguel was very professional. He took his time and accessed the issue then explained to me what issue was and he would submit a request to have the issue resolved.
My heater wouldn’t come on. I made an appointment for 2 days out. They called me a day early to let me know the technician had time if I would like him to come. Yes please! They stayed in touch with me throughout the process. You can track your technician to see how close they are to your house. They diagnosed and fixed my heater quickly! Would definitely use them again.
Kalin was very professional. He is extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions thoroughly. I have had other companies out for home warranty repairs in the past. I was very pleased and impressed with Aire Serv exceptional service from the initial call to confirm appt to the time the technician completed the job.
Everything was nearly perfect, although I always appreciate shoe covers on my floor. Other than that I appreciate the service.
