Had someone come out to give me a quote on new ducts. Was told it would be a couple days for the quote. A week later I called to see when I should expect the quote, and was told I should have it that day. Now it's been another 4 days and have had no response or communication. At this point, even if I get a quote I wouldn't use them because if this is the communication in getting for a quote, I can't imagine what it would be if I agree to pay thousands of dollars.
