He is a big fraud in Florida. Please don't lose your money with this Fraud. I had a very terrible experience with this Fraud, Thomas. He is avaricious; he said he is a licensed tech but city officer said he has no license he has just an LLC license, also nothing is known about the airconditioner. I hired him through Thumbtack, but they removed him from their site because of many customer complaints.
