My technician was very knowledgeable and told me things I would have never known like batteries need to be change in thermostat. When my spring visit comes around I would like him to come back.
Our through the wall AC/Heat unit was not putting out heat. We were told previously that the unit needed to be replaced for $1,600. Saul & Eddie were the technicians that came to diagnose the problem. They found a bad wire on the circuit board. They showed us that the wire had been melting & not enabling the compressor to function. They replaced the wire and the unit worked perfectly. They said that this was "quick fix"!
