Terry was an excellent Technician, he was kind and patient. I had many questions and he answered them all. He took the time to explain what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. I asked him about preventative maintenance, and he set me a quote, so my husband and I can consider it. Ildefonso is a great technician. He showed up promptly during the scheduled window, replaced the broken part quickly and explained the repair clearly. I really appreciated that he remained at my home for a while to make sure everything was functioning properly. I rent and Aire Serv is the company that my issue was escalated to when the rental company couldn't repair the HVAC. My experience was great and everything was very professional. Would recommend!
