I was stuck, A/C went out late Thursday [7/2/26]. I visited several web pages theirs was the best by far with an area for typing a conversation. Anyway the appt. was set for 7/3/26 at 8am. Ildefanso Caballero was right on time. He diagnosed the problem in 15 min., gave me choices of how to get the A/C up and running and I gave the go ahead. He was kind, courteous and respectful. Had to call for a unit that wasn’t cooling. We placed a call Friday evening. A technician was here and had it fixed by early Saturday afternoon. Josh did a great job. Very professional. Kept me informed the entire time. Would definitely recommend.
