Chris and Joey were great. They took their time and figured out the problem and got us up and running. They even found a leaking exhaust vent that could have caused some serious health issues and repaired it! They explained everything throughout the whole repair! Great job guys!!!
slow slow and lazy. we were able to get our AC working after over a month of wrangling. after part was ordered, Aire Serve sent a technician with part that had been ordered. He said we had a freon problem but prior work indicated no. So, he wasn't going to put the new part in. I demanded that he do so (they are working for my insurance co - not me) and he did and guess what- it worked. much too hard to get anything done w/ these folks
David was a rockstar. After a bandaid solution from a different AC company and a separate botched wiring job from some shoddy electricians i wasn't making it easy on him but he made sure to take the time to do it right and I really appreciate it
