Both Thomas and Blake spent time getting my thermostats to communicate with my furnace. It was obvious immediately that they were both committed to excellence, service, and honesty. Would recommend!

I would like to say that Amy at Aire Serve was amazing. Our thermostat broke down two weeks ago. Our landlord hired this company to service the problem. There was a restructuring in the company which caused a bit of a delay and confusion. Amy took the time to hear the problems and I feel took a personalized approach to go above and beyond to expedite parts and labor to get the unit fixed. I had my vents and duct system cleaned with this company. Thomas Holley was the employee that came and did the work. He was awesome…very professional and took the time to answer any questions that I had about the duct system/cleaning. I would like to also thank Alicia for being so nice and helpful when I called to inquire and set up an appointment. I will definitely be using this company again!!!
