This company has really great customer service from the people who answer the phone/schedule appointments to the technicians whom come onsite to perform the work. Everyone is very thorough and explain everything/anything. Thank you for servicing our HVAC!

Air Serv has helped us in a huge way when it comes from recovering from a tornado that hit our house. Very rewarding working with the agents and the claims and we are thoroughly satisfied. Would recommend to anybody.

We had a great experience with the AireServe AC technicians today! They came out to fix our AC and also gave our heater a tune-up to get us ready for winter. Both techs were absolutely fabulous — super professional but also down-to-earth and friendly. It honestly felt like having neighbors over who just happened to be HVAC experts. Technician (Tim McKeithan) was very knowledgeable and immediately found the problem and repaired. Also, the technician was very nice and answered all my questions. Will definitely use Aire Serv of Mid Missouri again for all my HVAC needs.
