Just had the owner himself come out to my place on a last-minute call! It’s so great to work with a local technician and company.
This must be the worst AC company in the area. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! Horrible customer service, zero communication skills. For two months all I been hearing after every phone call is 'we will call you back' or 'let me call you back in 15min' but they never call back. I've reached out to them numerous times, but never got an update on the part they ordered. Two tips for this company: Firstly, teach your staff how to properly greet a customer, just a 'good morning' or 'have a nice day' isn't that much to ask for. And s... read more
