Where do I start??? I am beyond frustrated. I have made so many attempts to get in contact with this company for months. The phone lines don't work, hangs up on you, tried making a service request online and you receive no answers and this is after scheduling an online appointment. It's upsetting to see what you get, which is no service. We have been screwed since the beginning of buying a $7,200 unit which has had issues here and there already. Same experiences as Linda S post 2 mo ago. Bought unit and now cannot reach for service. Phone disconnects on you after greeting. Tried online scheduling and even National parent but McDonough franchise never reached back out or showed for requested dates. Even tried numbers of previous techs…nothing. Disappointing.
I have contacted Aire Serv 6 times in 5 weeks with no call back. We are paying monthly for a contract that they are not honoring whereas they are to service our AC spring maintenance. Unable to reach answering service today...calls are dropped. Going to cancel contract...IF I can reach the company! Good luck!!!
