The tech correctly diagnosed the problem and had the replacement part in his van and got the system running again. Prices were fair and I appreciate the convenience.

Tom did an outstanding job in the rain performing a long overdue cleaning on the outdoor unit of my Daikin ductless heat pump. He let me know when he was on his way and answered all my questions. After I'd scheduled the appointment, Lisa called me to correct the erroneous text reminder I'd received that said the appointment was scheduled for 5 am.
