A guy came and took it apart and told us the motor was dead. He said how would find out a price for a new one. So far we have not heard back and it is cooler today. [This was earlier the day we called - that guy got to us first, but we choose to go with AireServ and are very happy we did. I think the system is working better than ever!]
Tom was on time, professional and communicated to me through out the entire visit.
