Came on a Sunday, got my old unit cooling, knew it was on borrowed time (20 yrs). Talked replacement, gave me a figure we could live with, waived all repair cost to my old unit, had a new 3.5 ton installed the next day. Cut price on duct cleaning, and gave us a good deal on an electronic air purifier system. All that in less than 24 hrs of when I found out the air was out.
