REED installed our hvac and geothermal system for our new home and we had problems from day one. REED was repeatedly rude to us and told us we needed to change the filter every week or the system would go into emergency shutdown bc it’s a new build and never addressed the real issue. Called Aireserv and not only did they actually troubleshooter but they found we needed freon and the filter wasn’t the problem!
