I called them at 5:00 pm on a Friday. I had my thermostat set on 74, but the temperature read 83. The technician came out that afternoon around 5:45 pm and diagnosed the problem as needing a new capacitor. I had the technician replace the capacitor and everything is working great now. I didn't expect them to be able to send someone out and repair it that day, but they were able to. Great service! Thanks, Aire Serv!
