Over the past 7 years, Dean has replaced several HVAC units for me in two different downtown condos. Both presented challenging access and installation issues that Dean had to deal with. In all the installations, I found Dean to be really easy to work with, extremely flexible, and a wealth of information regarding the pros and cons of different HVAC options and systems. Based on my experience, Dean is my first call for any HVAC issues and I highly recommend him

Spent nearly $3000 on repairs and now the furnace is leaking. The man who came to provide the service was so rude. I called about the leak today and he said “I don’t just have people standing around doing nothing.” - I specifically told the dispatcher DO NOT send the rude man again. I would go so far as to say he was down right mean. Now I need them to fix things and they aren’t calling. We had such an excellent experience with Dean. He was incredibly knowledgeable about our HVAC system and was diligent and very detail-oriented in his work. He took the time to explain everything we needed to know so that we could make the right decision. When we needed to replace our furnace and AC.
