Spent nearly $3000 on repairs and now the furnace is leaking. The man who came to provide the service was so rude. I called about the leak today and he said “I don’t just have people standing around doing nothing.” - I specifically told the dispatcher DO NOT send the rude man again. I would go so far as to say he was down right mean. Now I need them to fix things and they aren’t calling. I can't say enough good things about Dean and his crew at Aire Serv. We have been working with them for years, and they have always been responsive, effective, and professional. Thanks to Aire Serv, we rarely have any HVAC problems, and when we do, they are solved expeditiously, often on the same day! Do Not Trust This Company! The man that came out to look at my mom's furnace lied to us, he said the furnace was leaking toxic acid and couldn't be fixed and we need a new one. My mom told him we can't afford it. He said it's too dangerous not to because of the carbonic acid that's leaking out. What he put my mom was criminal, she has been beside herself with worry for the kid's health. We went to the county for help.
