I first worked with Aire Serv a couple of years ago when they installed a complete gas furnace and heat pump system in my home. The experience was excellent from start to finish, and Dean's knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail made a lasting impression. Over the past 7 years, Dean has replaced several HVAC units for me in two different downtown condos. Both presented challenging access and installation issues that Dean had to deal with. In all the installations, I found Dean to be really easy to work with, extremely flexible, and a wealth of information regarding the pros and cons of different HVAC options and systems. Based on my experience, Dean is my first call for any HVAC issues and I highly recommend him

Spent nearly $3000 on repairs and now the furnace is leaking. The man who came to provide the service was so rude. I called about the leak today and he said “I don’t just have people standing around doing nothing.” - I specifically told the dispatcher DO NOT send the rude man again. I would go so far as to say he was down right mean. Now I need them to fix things and they aren’t calling.
