Called Aire Serv on a Friday night after 9pm on 6/29. On 6/30 the repairman was at my house at 8am! Incredibly professional and informative. Our issue was a low charge of Freon and the central air struggling to maintain a cool temp. Had us back in service and the house cooling by 9:30. Performed an extensive check on everything and explained it all in great detail. Our service mans name was Jeff - he did an outstanding job!
I started using Air Serv when I moved to the Kankakee area 2 years ago and have been very pleased with the service provided. I will continue to use them for my HVAC needs and recommend them to my friends.
My system has a small leak that two other technicians have said is too small to detect and it only leaks off a couple of pounds over a few years. Aire Serv was the only company I could get a hold of on memorial day weekend and explained the situation to their call center. On the day of the service, I was at work and my wife and three kids were at home. The Technician shows up and within a few minutes is talking all doom and gloom. Our AC unit went down over the weekend. Aire Serv of South Tulsa was very responsive to our plight and were out on Sunday afternoon to recharge the system. Our AC works better than did last summer. Thanks Aire Serv
This is by far the worst company to use, I would never recommend them to anyone- they explained one option that they could do but that was a temporary fix. Our heat went out a 2 days after that, we had paid over 200. I called to get a somewhat refund and the man that I spoke with was very rude and unhelpful! They asked me when the heat went out, which was during the night and the man on the phone asked why I didn't call during the night- this was the worst experience ever!
I highly recommend Aire Serv of The Woodlands. They are prompt; friendly; professional and honest.
my furnace quit I had aire serv come out to fix it. Right off the bat I was skeptical about these guys because they gave me some canned line when they got to my door that seemed very odd. They told me the repair was over $700.00. And I should just replace the unit. So they talked me into having what I would call a snake of a salesman come out to my house and drag me through another canned presentation that seemed like total bs and at the end I was given an outrageous price for a complete system it was more than $6,000.00 ove... read more
NEVER again. Ripped me off by telling me my heat pump was "un-fixable" and tried to sell me a new one. I called a second contractor and they fixed the problem for less that $200 dollars. My heat pump is still running good now after approximately a year
Recommend Aire Serv hands down! Installed humidifiers at my home and helped with air quality! Very knowledgeable tech!
