Broke 2 appointments and my husband took time off to meet them. They stopped responding. After soliciting for business from us. Unprofessional.
I hate to ever leave a bad review, but I also don't like to see businesses take advantage of people. I called these guys and the first technician, Luis, tried to upsell me pretty hard. Charged me $450 for a cleaning of my central air unit that took him less than ten minutes in a rain storm. I could have blown the cotton off of the radiator myself for free. The blower for my furnace wasn't working. Chad came out same day and got it back up and running in just a few minutes. Have had very good response times and experience with this company.
My shower drain was clogged and Service Experts sent someone the same day I called them. Daren was great about explaining the options, and had the drain fixed quickly. Thanks Daren!
