Post-installation follow-up call was amazing! A senior tech called a week after our new system was installed. Asked specific questions about airflow in different rooms, thermostat operation, and any unusual sounds. Offered to come back immediately if anything wasn't perfect. That level of care after the sale is rare!
Broke 2 appointments and my husband took time off to meet them. They stopped responding. After soliciting for business from us. Unprofessional.
I hate to ever leave a bad review, but I also don't like to see businesses take advantage of people. I called these guys and the first technician, Luis, tried to upsell me pretty hard. Charged me $450 for a cleaning of my central air unit that took him less than ten minutes in a rain storm. I could have blown the cotton off of the radiator myself for free.
