I have had great service from Aire Serv, and I love the energy saving central air unit I got from them a few years ago. Unfortunately Aire Serv doesn't seem to exist anymore. They sold their number and others answer the number now. In addition the address for this location is a dollar store, and the new name for this fake location, now under the name "Magna Heating and Air Conditioning" is not valid. Magna Heating & Air Conditioning comes highly recommended. They are reasonably priced, dependable, and quick. The issue was promptly resolved when the technician clearly described it. Magna Heating & Air Conditioning will be used once more without a doubt.
Post-installation follow-up call was amazing! A senior tech called a week after our new system was installed. Asked specific questions about airflow in different rooms, thermostat operation, and any unusual sounds. Offered to come back immediately if anything wasn't perfect. That level of care after the sale is rare!
Broke 2 appointments and my husband took time off to meet them. They stopped responding. After soliciting for business from us. Unprofessional.
