I would like to thank Ross and Aire One West for resolving my A/C issue this morning. Ross was professional, knowledgeable and honest diagnosing and repairing my issue. Ross welcomed my questions and had arrived early outside my appointment from 12 pm to 5 pm. I am very grateful to Ross and I am delighted to finally have found an HVAC company I can rely on going forward. I will be telling friends and family about Aire One for their future HVAC needs.
Perry and Taylor were pleasant, very efficient and cleaned up afterwards.
They were the only company available to come on the day I called, good thing because there was a short in the ACs compressor and if I kept using it I was risking starting a fire, every time the AC started up. Workers were timely, efficient, polite and informative. Thank you Aire One.
