We have had nothing but positive experiences with the team and company at Aire One West! Everyone was professional, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process of having to replace our furnace. Perry and Taylor were prompt and willing to get into a tight crawl space. They were sure to clean up and when they left, you would not have known they were there. From the first phone call at 2am with no heat, all those I spoke to were unfailingly polite and helpful. The technician (VB?) was excellent, prompt, polite and was able to replace our thermostat. The cost was reasonable and we will be happy to use them in future.
We had a great experience with Aire One West. After receiving a few quotes to replace our furnace and AC, we found their quote to be the most reasonable. Yasser was very friendly and knowledgeable regarding the product. The installation team of Perry and Taylor were excellent.
