Extremely rude. Website says they close at 4 however they close and lock their door before that time. I order and paid for my product and was there 6 min after 3:30 and they were close. I tried calling before that time to let them know I was very close to see if they would wait however they hung up on me 3 times and the girl who finally answered me at the 4th try kept repeating herself saying if I got there before the doors were close she would help me.
