Aire Filter Products contacted us to do a job here in Fairbanks, Alaska in the dead of winter at -40 below 0. First we received the incorrect filters, then the correct ones were sent. Remember this was their job, we were just going to do the change-out for them. At -40 below 0, outside work is tough, plus remember we had to go twice because they sent the wrong filters for their job. We did the job. They will not pay us. It was a time & material job.
