Our furnace went out in February when the temperature was in single digits. Another company came out on 2 different occasions, but the problem was not resolved and it quickly stopped again. Aire Care Houghton came out. The technician, Roger, came out. He was very courteous and promptly began his work. He took the time to really troubleshoot and found that a wire going to the blower motor had been rubbing another part. Aire Care replaced my entire heating/cooling system in the late winter/early spring. The customer service was phenomenal, and the work was top-notch! The new system is much better, efficient, and quiet than my old system!

Furnace out. Pipes froze. Called Friday night and received your emergency number. No one answered. No one called back. Maybe look elsewhere. Not there when you need them. Simple call back would have been nice.
