My experience was great. Felix reached out to me on the scheduled service day to let me know that there was an earlier slot available which worked out perfectly for me. He arrived with a smile and immediately got to work. He was thorough, showed me before and after pictures and even changed out my vent covers for me. As a severe allergy sufferer, I really needed my air ducts cleaned and I’m so glad it was done by Felix. Thank you!
