Max and his crew were very knowledgeable about the process and respectful of our home. Very detail oriented, not only in his process, but also in the extent that not only cleans the ducks, but makes them spotless. Max really helped to make our dryer a safe appliance. He worked extra hard to find an access point and clean out the vent properly -- he went the extra mile and was a delight to work with. His pricing is more than fair -- especially for the quality of service. We will use his service annually to ensure our dryer vent is clean and safe. He also fit us same day into his schedule under short notice which we greatly appreciated.
Max was great. Thorough and showed us pics of the birds nest/problem.
Max came out on a Saturday afternoon because our dryer was not trying our clothes properly. He spent well over an hour cleaning the dryer vents and unclogged a lint ball that was causing our issue and had us up and running again. His pricing is incredibly reasonable and he is a really good guy. I look forward to working with him again.
