Avoid This Rental Company at All Costs If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, look elsewhere. This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with. The property was nothing like advertised—poorly maintained, unclean, and clearly neglected. Communication with management was a constant struggle. Not a person of integrity at all he called me after staying at a bnb and said if I removed the bad review he would remove charges on things that were dirty from normal use such as towells and sheets do not ever use this company he wont respond to any meeages on bnb and shouldn't be a host at all the house we used was extremely hot and the Ac didn't work hardly at all. If no stars was an option id put if he manipulated and said he would remove the charges and after I removed the honest review he kept the charges on there scum... read more
The host is a slum lord and runs all his properties on a bare minimum, he makes them look nice at first and then nothing after, he keeps half the cleaning fees that the guests think the cleaner gets. Stay away from his properties
Best stay I’ve had on the road in ages! Perfect place to hop in when you’ve been traveling for awhile and are going through Salt Lake.
