Came here about 2:00 for a massage. One girl was on her phone and the other girl was doing a pedicure. They said to come back in 30 minutes. We came back 45 minutes later and she was still doing the pedicure. She finally finished about 3:15. She said they close in 15 minutes and seemed very unwilling to give a massage. It’s unfortunate because we are good tippers and they could have made some good money. Hard to find good employees anymore. What a shame!
Left this spot completely refreshed! Located in the C terminal of Cleveland Hopkins international Airport with easy access to the other terminals. Services are reasonably priced and staff are welcoming and professional. I had the privilege of getting a 30 minute chair massage from Darrell Solomon- the owner himself! Solomon did an exceptional job with my husband’s haircut! He is incredibly meticulous, pays great attention to detail, and truly takes pride in his work. The service was top-notch, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Highly recommend
Great pedicure! I was impressed with the reasonable price and attention to my comfort during the service; after a long week of travel, it was a very pleasant treat for my aching feet.
Great massage. Left me feeling ready for my flight. Would definitely come back next time I’m in Cleveland.
