I had an x-ray inspection completed on one of our jobs, and it was the absolute worst service. Not only was the contact in the x-ray department rude and impatient, but the job was poorly done. The job also took much longer than it should have, because the contact would not help or confuse the process of paying for the job. I also made a request of reviewing the x-rays prior to us picking up the material, just in case we needed to take additional images and the contact refused to send anything over and told me just to pick up... read more
