I rarely write reviews for companies, but I felt compelled to share my experience. I sent an equipment for repair because they assured me they had the capability to fix it. After sending it, I followed up multiple times to get a quote. The communication with the representative was very brief, lacking details and proper responses to my questions. My scheduled pick up today was an event. First I waited by the receiving area for a good 10 minutes. Drove to the main entrance when no one answered at the bay area. Met 2 employees who told me that they open at 9am. After 9:05am, as the 2 employees had already made their way inside, I knocked and entered the premise.
