Absolutely horrible experience with their outsourced gate agents. As someone who travels with a service animal in a specialty bag, they demanded I take her out to board the plane . I am an elite gold member with the airline I was flying with and fly over 10 times a month and have never been told to do that in the years I have been flying with my service dog. Great place to work and grow
I don't work here but my fiancee does and honestly the guys that work there are the most goofiest and kind hearted people you will meet! I come bring him lunch sometimes and the guys always greet me. My fiancee says all nice things about working there and usually never any major problems. They get it done and get it done right!
