Menzies employee Angie is absolutely awful! We showed up two hours early for 7:20am flight. I sprinted through to make it to the gate before they shut the doors and made it 2 mins early. Because of the ridiculous TSA stuff I sprinted through the airport and arrived prior to the doors closing but Angie (wouldn’t provide employee number or last name) refused to hold the door at all and was INCREDIBLY rude. “Please ma’am, my husband and 2 kids are right behind me, I ran as fast as I could to get here before doors closed.” To wh... read more
Witnessed female be discriminated against during her boarding process with her service animal. They do not know ADA law. Absolutely horrible experience with their outsourced gate agents. As someone who travels with a service animal in a specialty bag, they demanded I take her out to board the plane . I am an elite gold member with the airline I was flying with and fly over 10 times a month and have never been told to do that in the years I have been flying with my service dog. They stated it was according to airline policy. It is not. They have major authority complexes and the flight attendants told me they are constantly causing problems for... read more
