We've been sending most of our magnetos to aircraft magneto service for about a year now. They do really good work and they can quick turn for AOGs. Only con is they are expensive but for us it's more of a time concern Vs. price so we continue to use them.

Great service. I had a failed mag and sent in for evaluation. About the time I started thinking about calling for a follow up my magneto was delivered to me. I called and was informed the problem, the fix, and that everything was under warranty. I really liked the online service repair request and shipping label setup. In today’s maintenance environment I’d say Aircraft Magneto Service delivered 120% and I’ll happily return, as well as refer my customers. ✈️
Not even sure if these folks are a repair stattion. We called the FSDo and the FSDO could not find them so we are waiting to hear bck bout that. We sent mgs in for a 500 Hr., eventhought they where not due yet, Their pricing states $350 (Avg $625). We were told by Don that one mag was good and the other needed a distribution block. We asked how much for that block and was told $166.67. So when we were told one mag was good we assumed the cost for that mag was $350. WOW, not a good experience! Read all these great reviews so now I assume they paid for them. Here is my background. I have been in business for 20 years, and in aviation longer than that. I decided to change shops where we send magnetos to. The reviews and the fact they place a 500 Hr. inspection price on their web site is what made me choose Aircraft Magneto Service (AMS).
