They deserve negative stars. I bought a full cover for my aircraft which is decent quality, at least for now. Then I ordered a travel one since the previous one was too difficult to use during x-country flights. Unfortunately, USPS lost the package (even though tracking claims it to be delivered). I contacted Bruce via email. Got a stupid and condescending message to "check your mail carefully". Then, they never responded to my emails or phone calls. Bruce Covers has Great quality products and amazing customer service. I lost two flags out of my cowl plugs in wind storm they replaced free including freight.
