Very helpfull
Went to pick up an air conditioner that was supposed to have arrived last week and due to the public holiday and that they don't open on Saturday, I was told that I was to pick it up today (Tuesday). However it hadn't arrived, apparently still on the truck in Salisbury. So I can't be too critical because they are significantly cheaper than their competitors.
Many thanks to Rod at the Richmond store, explained the setup on a universal remote so even a technological dummy like me could understand excellent service, great price
