Excellent service today from Luke and Isaac. Luke explained every step in detail and took the time to ensure I was operating my ducted system in an energy efficient manner. Excellent communication with a set time frame for arrival and exceptionally courteous and clean service.

Logan is the best! Stellar service, the best experience I’ve had with an Aircon repair company. I missed the update that Logan would be arriving around 9am instead of 12, my own fault, meanwhile this legend patiently waited out front until the equally-great office (Natalie!) called me to let me know. When I went to the door Logan was the picture of professionalism, kindness and patience. Our ducted unit’s controller plug was ajar and he fixed it right away. 11/10!
