Quoting and install both absolutely seamless!
I needed some repairs to my central aircon, turns out it was incorrectly installed 5 years ago by another party. AirConditioning Canberra heard my concerns, confirmed the issues and sent me a thorough quote that articulated the proposed work and was well priced. They then booked me in and carried the work out quickly and cleanly. I made sure to get a fridge magnet so I can use them to service my evaporative cooler later this year.
I wanted to pass on a huge thanks to Matthew and Luke. Matthew was great to deal with (and very understanding of my sheepishness at our neglect of our AC) and scheduled us in quickly. Luke is a immense asset to the company, he is professional, listened to what was happening with the AC, explained all the work he did including with photos, and our AC is now working like new. I am so grateful, given our two little ones. Thank you again.
Very easy to deal with. Turned up on time, got the job done with no fuss and reasonably priced.
Amazing service, went above and beyond to fix our aircon which had been dodgily installed. Very thoughrough explanation of what was going on and gave advice on how to better extend services if needed. Very friendly and all round good service. Can not fault. Highly recommend, will be calling these guys for future services.
