So impressed with Joel and his team. We had the boys out to install a new ducted air conditioning unit at a really affordable price. They also installed a new split system air conditioning unit in our granny flat while they were here. Very reasonably price, quick service and very professional team. Recommend for a quote anytime. Will be recommending to friends.
Contacted before Christmas when my airconditioner died. Was impressed with the professional website. Was told my job was 'in the system' but then when I rang in January had to be 'booked in' and then I chased and chased - always fobbed off and promised 'I'll look after you'. Now it is mid March and I have given up and will find someone reliable to replace the system. 3 months of waiting, enduring temperatures in the high 30's and low 40's on the farm. Don't be fooled by the schmick website!
Really really bad customer service. Only completed half of the job required and then was so incredibly difficult to contact. Told us he would send us a date to finish, never got back to us, when chased up he said he didn’t know what we were talking about and tried to fob me off again and again. The initial issue I can write off as an honest mistake, but the service following that was incredibly poor.
I’ve just had Aircon Mid North Coast install a ducted Airconditioning system into my residence. I’m over the moon, from the initial contact to the install today the process has been very seamless. The team worked very efficiently and professionally to get the job done. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Aircon Mid North Coast when you’re looking to get, replace or upgrade your a/c set up.
