They know what there doing. They make sure everything is up to standards before being shipped out and It’s a good place to work. Dave taught me so many things about that industry. There fair and the owner backs the shop foreman with no questions asked, which any good business should do. If you ever get a job, there be respectful and responsible and you’ll be just fine. I worked for airco for about maybe a year. The owner Tim is a very meticulous guy who even at his own personal expense won't allow anything under a certain quality to leave his shop. He's honest and hard working, and refuses to do anything any other way than what's right. He's got real integrity to be sure.
