Airco came to our office building . Told us it was "warranty work" because our system was brand new. 4 months later we got a bill for over 8k. BEWARE of their business practices. Our system still did not work after they left we had to have another company come out and fix it. They even kept parts from our unit. I will never recommend them or use them.
