I had a terrible experience with this company. They cleaned my furnace and ducts last September and I thought the technician did a very good job. But this time after a furnace and duct cleaning, that same technician left my basement covered in a thick coating of dust and debris....wood chips, sawdust, chunks of plaster. We just had our furnace cleaned by Isaih(i am sorry if i spell your name wrong, forgot to ask abt your name and i called the general line after you left) and he did an excellent job! He was professional, punctual, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The whole process was smooth and efficient, and he left the area spotless after finishing the work. I recommend getting a written quote with exact hours after an inspection to avoid surprises. I was quoted 1 technician and 3 hours for a residential duct/furnace cleaning. However, 2 technicians arrived and stayed for 9 hours. I requested a second pass on 3 return vents due to debris from renovations, but this shouldn’t have added 6 extra hours. Make sure you get a written quote stating exactly how many hours the job will take. If they won’t give you an exact number, ask if you can pay for an inspection first so they quote you the exact hours. I was quoted one technician and 3 hours for a residential duct/furnace cleaning.
