Aircare were friendly and professional, would highly recommend
I’m surprised these people have five stars. Probably paid reviews. From experiencing a rude customer service rep, to having an incompetent service man, I’d avoid this place. My ducted heating wasn’t working. So after charging me $500 to ‘fix it’, my heating lasted a grand total of 24 hours before breaking down again over the June (freezing) long weekend in Melbourne. When asked why it didn’t work, I got told, I thought I fixed it, but you’ll need to pay another $500 to have my come out and see again why it’s not working. So ... read more
Friendly staff with 100% perfection.
Great service, very friendly staff, and they always do an impeccable job. 10/10 Bonus: workers have always provided me with some education about how to optimise our aircon system.
The team from Aircare are fantastic and took great effort to replace our system with an up-to-date and more efficient one. Mike and Shane were really good guys and made sure they kept me informed along the way. The team worked hard over 2 days and cleaned up after themselves. I cannot thank them enough.
