I am so thankful that I called Paul at AirCare today! I explained the issues I was having with both my heating and cooling systems. He was able to send someone out to look at it in a matter of hours! Ezra was my technician and he couldn’t have been more helpful ! He and his partner were in and out in about 40 minutes and both issues were solved !! I also appreciated the fair pricing !! Thank you AirCare for being such a first rate business !!!
This is what I have been dealing with, pretty much since my hvac system was installed. Home pro, was the place I actually went through, but since I knew the owner of the place who installed, I thought I would be treated more fairly. Paul, initially stated that maybe, "I had animals up there"... or "Somebody must have moved it"... neither was the case. After "Making it right", he stated, "The condensation tube, was in a bind".
