Absolutely awful experience. This company operates illegally and will steal your money. Avoid Aircabin at all costs. Would leave a 0 star review if possible. We arrived at the property and were completely locked out. The lockbox did not work and there was no way to check in. We called repeatedly, left voicemails, and have phone records proving we tried to contact them from the day of arrival and earlier. No one ever returned our calls. Imagine cancelling literally 4 days before the day of booking and zero duty of care to compensate anything.
I would not recommend this agency due to the recent appalling experience. We've booked a house weeks in advance for our large family visiting from overseas, only to be informed just days before arrival that the booking had been cancelled for reasons beyond our control. Not only was the notice extremely short, but the agency also provided no assistance or alternatives to help us find another place to stay.
