Artistic Designs saved the day for me! My friend's Halloween bachelorette party is this Saturday. Yesterday, the customized sashes I ordered from Shein arrived. My heart sank when I saw the one for the bride; small, poor quality, the font size was tiny...I guess I got what I payed for. I contacted Artistic Designs and they were incredibly helpful from the beginning. They did let me know that they don't carry the type of sash I needed, but Hobby Lobby does. This is the WORST business in Barnes Crossing Mall! I came to this place last year to get my nephew a hoodie made for his birthday, and once I got to the counter…instead of the workers acknowledging me with my money in hand, they continued to talk and laugh amongst each other. Fast forward to present day I decided to give this place a second chance. I come to the counter with my merchandise where I witnessed the MANAGER belittling and berating one of his employees. I came in there with my mom nd sister to get me a senior jersey nd we were ready to pay once we figured out what I wanted on it nd the man or manager at the front desk was arguing with one of the staff there while we were standing there ready to pay so we js walked out. Even when we walked out he was still arguing with him. I’m sure they do good work but the manager is rude. Horrible experience.
Exactly what I asked for and done in a hour! Great service! Would recommend!
