I was having problems with our air conditioning over summer. The manufacturer's service provider looked at it and said it should just be replaced and he would get back to me but never did, even after chasing him and the manufacturer up multiple times. I tried contacting other AC repair companies and they either did not get back to me, did not want the job, just wanted to quote on a new system or could not book in a service call for weeks.
