I'm very happy to write this review today. I lived out here in Airbase Mobile Home Park under Mr. Evans ownership in 2017. I moved away for a little bit then I returned back to Montgomery and wanted to move back into the trailer park since all my family lived on the westside. One day I saw someone I knew from the park at the Citgo on the corner and asked them about the park... they told me the park was under a new owner and the trailer park was now rent to own.
